Student residences are equipped with parking areas where residents of the Student Village can park their car free of charge, provided they have obtained a corresponding pass. The only parking facility whose use is subject to a monthly fee (3.2 euros) is the spacious parking area at the 22 Raatuse St residence. Given the registration plate number of your car, the residence superintendent can issue you a parking pass. Important note: a valid parking pass does not entitle the holder to park illegally (such as parking at a yellow line, etc.).

Waiting list for a single room is more than a year. Please pay attention to the validation of your application - you need to prolong it after 30 days. 

 

International students coming for autumn semester should apply for accommodation by 28 July at the latest, for spring semester by 20 December at the latest.

Accommodation in the university’s dormitories is guaranteed only for the international students starting with their studies at the University of Tartu, thus for newly admitted students. Everyone else, who has been studying at UT in the previous year(s), will be notified of the accommodation possibility no sooner than few weeks before semester starts.
