There are 3-room apartments in the building and most rooms are twin rooms. The apartments have a shared kitchen, shower room and toilet. 3 apartments (12 rooms) on the ground floor of the residence hall have been furnished according to the needs of students with reduced mobility. The building has a laundry room, cafe, a spacious indoor bicycle park.
Different exhibitions of photos and caricatures and architectural exhibitions are often organized in the well-lighted lobby of the residence hall.
